Launched "JCV Cloud Lobby Base APP" for smarter receptionist operations.

- New Work Styles Made Possible by Face Recognition -

JCV provide "JCV Cloud Lobby Base APP", an authentication application that leads to more efficient and smarter visitor reception operations for companies and facilities.

JCV Cloud Lobby Base APP is an open source application provided within JCV Cloud, a computer vision cloud platform developed in-house, and runs on JCV PayPad Plus facial recognition device.

"JCV Cloud Lobby Base APP" Overview

This application runs on PayPad Plus, a face recognition device provided by JCV.

PayPad Plus (device) with dual screens (front and back) can be used for "Face Pass" acceptance.

・For face photo registration by device

1. Guests hold their face up to the device to register facial data (first visit only)
2. Guests hold their face to the device and confirm authentication on the front display (on subsequent visits)
3. An authentication notification is sent to the display on the back, and staff verifies that the customer is a registered user.

・Pre-registration of photo in JCV Cloud

1. Register guest photos on JCV Cloud (by staff)
2. Guests hold their face to the device and confirm authentication on the front display
3. An authentication notification is sent to the display on the back, and staff verifies that the customer is a registered user.

In addition to the reception desk, by linking with JCV's Access Manager*1, guests can be authorized to enter and exit target floors and meeting rooms with a "face pass".

• Register, delete or update guest, denial list and group information
• Group filtering function (operation can be restricted to specified groups only)

Access Control

• Controlling access to persons with unregistered face information

Customize application (appearance)

• Company name logo can be added and display color can be changed.
• Rules of Use (General Terms and Conditions) for users can be displayed.

*1 JCV Face Recognition Access Device and Access Mananger must be installed in the target facilities.
