Sales End Date:
The sales of SenseThunder-Mini will cease on Thursday, August 24, 2023. Any orders received before this date will be processed accordingly. For orders placed through our authorized distributors, we kindly request that you ensure the orders reach us by Thursday, August 24, 2023, allowing sufficient time for processing.
Support Period:
Support for SenseThunder-Mini will be available for a maximum duration of 5 years until the end of sales.
Support Framework:
We are committed to providing support for hardware maintenance and software licenses until August 31, 2028. Our support services will include assistance with inquiries, hardware replacement, software license renewals, and ongoing software updates.
Alternative Products:
We recommend considering the following alternative products.
SenseThunder-Air: If temperature detection functionality is required.
SensePass, JCV Pass CS: If temperature detection functionality is not required.
